Tyler is one of the owners of Inner Harmony Healing. His therapeutic work and clientele is among the most diverse in the practice, with a focus on clients with specialized needs.  He works extensively with patients with severe chronic illness including cancer, arthritis, diabetes, fibromyalgia, neuromuscular and skeletal misalignment, focusing on facilitating a deep level of healing and resolve for those populations. He also works with many clients focusing on emotional wellness and seeking somatic-emotional release as part of their healing.  He has deep empathy and understanding for people suffering from back and neck injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain, having experienced these things himself.

Tyler's approach to healing work is rooted in the belief that his role is not to “fix” anyone, but rather to use his knowledge and skill to support him or her through their own process, and create an opening through the work where healing occurs spontaneously. His style and technique is informed by his training in dance, which also brings a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.  Tyler most enjoys developing a strong sense of connection and empathy with each client he works with, and seeks to ensure that each client he works with feels appreciated, understood, and cared for by the time they leave. He has a particular passion for integrated healing work, and his work is eclectic and includes an integrative style of therapeutic massage, weaving together a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial therapy (MFT),  and drawing on numerous other modalities when appropriate to the needs of the client, and, where appropriate, incorporating elements of somatosynthesis (a gentle but profound work addressing the emotional basis of physical illness) and psychoeducational and/or emotional intelligence coaching (a non-directive style of helping the client find his or her own wisdom and encouraging success and fulfillment.)  He also sees clients for any of the above stand-alone modalities, but finds the deepest healing and fulfillment usually comes from the integration of multiple strategies.

Tyler's formal training is in massage, energetic and emotional healing and dance, combined with a broad knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neuroanatomy, and kinesiology, giving him a deep and wide-ranging framework of understanding and tools for working with the mind, body and spirit to co-create healing and optimal wellness for his clients. Due to his schedule and the specialized nature of his work, he is unable to accept any vouchers or discounted service offers.

The first place I've been that actually listens!
This is the first place where I have gotten a massage that actually listens. I talked to Tyler and told him where I was having pains and aches. He listened carefully and went to work. He is so professional and easy to talk to! Inner Harmony is a private Place where you can go to relax and let the stresses of the day/week go. I definitely recommend any of the massage therapists. Ladies that feel uncomfortable to get a massage by a man, this is your place. The staff at Inner Harmony are perfect to help you with that! I love this place, and I hope I have a massage from inner Harmony at least once a month!

One of the best I've ever had
I get massages quite frequently, but I must say that Tyler is one of the best I have ever had. He has a gentle Spirit, and an amazing ability to work out tension and knots.
His regular prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend you give them a try!

    Improved my scoliosis!
This was by far the most comfortable and benificial massage I have ever had. Tyler is the first massage therapist to address my scolosis effectively.  He is exceptional and very gifted!

I feel like a normal person again!
I just had my fourth massage from Tyler - I can't believe I feel like a normal person since I've been seeing him. I had a host of issues when I went in after seeing a therapist at another place and he has fixed them all and unless I do something drastic to myself, I stay fixed. I've had Tyler from the beginning and will continue to see him because he fixed the worst neck pain in the world-among other things. I am completely drug free as well as pain free - EVERYWHERE! I find him to be thoughtful and very thorough for such a young person (I'm very old) He certainly knows what he's doing. The location is great for me and the one evening when it was dark he even walked me to my car. I find him to be a very sweet soft-spoken and knowledgable young man who reminds me of my great-grandson. I have nothing but positive things to say about that whole operation. Just don't get carried away and reserve all of his time - Im going to try once a month and if that doesn't work I will return twice a month.. If he is available. Im only going now because I feel so good afterward. I don't have any aches or pains that need to be tended to anymore. Good job, Tyler!
